Online Orders 
Local Online orders for 1B hair extensions will arrive the following business day and local online orders for colored hair extensions (i.e 613 and 1B/27) will arrive between 6-9 business days. We ship local online orders using DHL Express. DHL Express will deliver directly to your home or business address. Please be advised that a signature and a government issued ID will be requested upon delivery.

 

International Online orders take one business day to be processed and are shipped the following business day. We ship International online orders using DHL Express, which take 3-5 business days to arrive after your order has been processed. 

 

Offline Orders
Hair We Are Jamaica also offers LIMITED personal delivery services. If you would like to utilize this option, please do not order online. Instead, call (876) 379-4406 to place your order and discuss payment options. 

N.B: If inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. 

Return & Exchange Policy 

All sales are FINAL. Therefore, absolutely no refunds will be permitted after products have been distributed and/or received.  We will only offer an exchange if the product received does not match what you’ve ordered. Products will only be exchanged for another product of equal or greater value. In the event the customer would like an exchange for something of greater value, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs. The customer will also be responsible for the expenses associated with the returning of the product in order for it to be exchanged. All returned products and bundles will be examined thoroughly. If the product has been returned in its original condition (i.e the Hair We Are Jamaica seal is not be broken), we will exchange the product. 

A request for an exchanges must be made within 3 business days after the customer has received the product. 

Privacy Policy 

We highly value our customers and their privacy. We will not disclose any information regarding our customers or visitors to the site to any third parties, except from where it is part of providing a service to you. This includes, arranging a product to be sent to you using our personal delivery services or personal information needed for external courier services. 

 

Hair We Are Jamaica will not provide, sell, rent or trade any of your personal details or any credit card information to third parties without your permission. All personal information collected on this site is kept strictly confidential. Your personal information is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling your order and making the buying experience exceptional.  We will do our best to protect your personal data, but cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
